The radiators on each side of my car are simply set on the side pod floors and then loosely held in place by "fencing" that is part of the side pods. The car appears to have been run this way plenty so I don't have reason to believe it is a problem but it also doesn't seem as secure as it could (should?) be to me.
Is this a typical and reasonable approach or do folks recommend more solid mounts? As far as I know the car didn't run hot so I don't think more ducting is needed. Pic (this is an older pic so a few things are different but it gives the general idea):
