Not too far from me and a pretty rough tumble on the motocross track a couple days ago is tempting me. See how the neck, shoulder, collar bone, and hand, feel by the weekend!

    Default More info

    DESCRIPTION / PARTS
1982 Lola T540 chassis with Modified 1994 T594 body panels. Which makes it a closed
wheel car. I have fiber glass molds for reproduction of all body panels.

There has been extensive engineered modifications to the front suspension.
I have many replacement parts for the front suspension.

The rear is stock Lola uprights and trailing arms, with 4 Penske gas
    adjustable external reservoir shocks.

The brakes are Wilwood calipers with Hawk pads and slotted rotors.
The wheels are Kodiac 7" and 8". I have 2 set with slicks.

The engine is a 1992 2L Cosworth twin cam YB series engine with the
200 cast iron block. Which is much stronger and was made for a turbo
application. It has two 45 dcoe Weber carberators.
The engine was built by Steve Jennings engineering and has 6 hours
    running time.

The transaxle is a Hewland Mark 9 with 5 speed and a reverse. Which has
been totally rebuilt by Taylor Engineering. They replaced front spline shaft,
Rhino case, some gears, bearing and seals, layshaft and ring and pinion.
It has a very expensive Torson limited slip. It has a new Tilton clutch
and new hydraulic center push throw out bearing.
New parts include a MSD ignition module, distributor and wires,
Tilton starter motor, all new wiring and kill switch, new fuel cell and
electric fuel pump, battery, new oil lines, oil cooler, and oil tank,
water hoses, water tank and tested radiators. New stainless steel headers
    and magnaflow muffler.

Car comes with a fire retardent bottle system, spare parts, log books
    from day one.

    Daryl,
Hope your feeling better. I rode dez for nearly 40 years and I know when you crash it take a lot out of you, when you get older it takes
even longer to recoupe.. The Lola is still available . You should come and take a look. I just lowered the price .

    Default Lola Sports Race

Seems to be a pretty nice car, well done. The price is fair seeing as it has a Cosworth twin cam engine although I don't know what class it would be in with SCCA.

HaHa! I'm all good now (for now). Did the Lake Elsinore GP last month. Santa brought momma a new bike too. 4 wheels is tempting from time to time, because that's where I'm much more comfortable and competitive. This 2 wheel thing is like a fish out of water, half the time I'm just trying to hang on for dear life

This Lola / Cosworth can run in S.C.C.A p2 or p1. Most likely p2.
This car is a winner with 3 s.c.c.a. runoffs 1st place..

This car was a two stroke, four cylinder Rupert engined car when Mike Rupert won DSR.
