How does the size of the cockpit compare to a VD? I'm 6'2" and 230 lbs. My VD was a tight fit, but I was able to be competitive.

You will fit very well in the rfr. I'm 6-2 and have plenty of room with a good pro seat. My VD in much tighter and I bang my elbow on the 2 gear upshift every time.
