Default Pictures of Don Parker trailer

I want to restore the Don Parker trailer my Titan Mk 5 was delivered with. I think some areas were modified, so I need pictures to see what was original.

Got a picture of your first car being picked up at Fred Opert Racing and the trailer just happens to be in the picture? It could be perfect to help me.

    Thanks for any help.

I didn't find much googling, but then I'm old and bad at it.

There was a post on 3/14/05 by Frank C that had two pictures attached of a trailer, but their not valid links anymore.

We should have a rule change where you can only bring your car to the track on a coolass single axle, open trailer. You get a larger head start for the race based on how overloaded your tow vehicle is.

In 30 years we are going to be combing through photos of guys with 53' stacker rigs for a Formula Ford. Just doesn't seem as cool.

    Totally agree.

It’s funny to see cars at vintage events arrive in portable garages where there are pics from back in the day of the same cars on open trailers getting unloaded onto dirt/grass. Neither is wrong. Just ironic.

Default 1998 on my way to Mid-Ohio......

"Goody" of Crossle fame, took these pics of me towing out to Mid-Ohio for the July Vintage races in 1998. SVRA I think.
This is my Crossle 16F on my open trailer, 10speeds on the roof for huge Mid-Ohio paddock.
I'm towing with a Lincoln Mercury wagon with the 302ci engine. I blew the trany coming home, had to lay over in Pennsylvania for 4 days while they screwed me on a new tranny. Added the trany cooler when I got home and all seemed well after that.

    Default Do Parker Trailer

I have a 1974 DPT that looks identical to the one with the Bugatti on it. To be honest i think it is that trailer as the guy I got it off had it built for his Bugatti. Im going to restore mine this year. Apart from a 'tacked-on' windsheild it's pretty original. be happy to share any pictures. Anything specific ? just message me.

    Cheers
