Default Stohr FB SCCA Data Logger Location

    Howdy,

I know this was discussed in the past but I cant find it doing a basic search. Where did most people with Stohr FB's end up putting the SCCA Data Logger Bracket? I was thinking about putting it in front of my steering wheel.

And I havent heard a lot of chatter about people or SCCA on the topic...

    Thanks in advance
    CJ

I have a WF1 but the frame is similar. When I got the car, the EVO4 was located on the floor in front the cross beam under the main hoop. I found that my foot was hitting it during entry/exit plus it got a lot of debris. I moved it beside the upper supports running from the front hoop forward. It is up high where I do not contact it, etc.

Thanks but I was looking for a mounting spot where the SCCA Imposed Data Logger could be installed while on the grid....This is the "DNKTKPFSOL5 data box mount" required by SCCA rules for P1, P2, and FB classes effective 02/28/2014.

We always put the bracket on the rear wing mount, or near the rear of the car for easy access. That being said...Has anyone ever had a box installed by tech for FB?
