SOLD: Pro Mazda For Sale – 2017 Spec for Mazda Road to Indy (SCCAHomologated)
This car competed in the 2017 Pro Mazda – Mazda Road to IndySeries and was prepared/rebuilt by a professional MRTI team mechanic. The car ran top 5 at Watkins Glen 2017finale. The car was then homologated for SCCA Competition and used for 2 events.
Tub: No cracks, damage etc. Very good condition.
Engine: 1,500 miles – very strong – ran right with the top 5 at Watkins Glen down back straight without being pulled at all.
Gearbox: Fresh fluids, gears all in good shape
Shocks: Sealed spec for MRTI

- Connector for your computer hookup into the car

- Throttle position, RPM, all of the engine data from that wire loom

SpeedSeat molded to me (5’11, 185lbs) - Black nomex included if you want to cover it.
Seatbelts: Schroth, expired 2018. I chose not to put newbelts in as buyer may want a specific brand to their liking.
Bodywork: All in good condition. However, if you are lookingto race a show car, you will probably end up wanting to do a fresh wrap or paint – it’s fine, but not brand new with a few bubbles on engine cover and normal racing wear.
Spares Included:
- 2.5 spare sets of wheels (1 full black set, 1 fullsilver set, ½ set in silver (1 front, 1 rear)) plus full silver set pictured on car – rain tires very new with only 1 session on them.
- 4 spare gears (used but all in very goodcondition)
- 1 full spare nose (1 is near perfect, the other needs some touch up), both bolt on ready to go
- Spare gurney setups (2 different sizes) for thespare wing
- Star Race Cars car cover
- Alignment bars
- MK low car stands
- Bar to go through roll hoop to lift car
- 4 new wheel bearings
- 6 complete spare uprights
- 1 rear upper a-arm
- 10 sets of springs covering 500-1200 (800 and1300 on car), everything you will ever need here for springs
- 1 radiator
- Rear wing elements (the 2 pieces for the upper rear wing elements)
- 1 used ring gear in good usable condition
- 2 quick lift flat jacks
- 1 spare starter (used but in good-working condition)
- 1 bodywork stand
- Camber shims to run bias-ply or rain tires
