What tires are everyone using?

Wondering what tires everyone was using at the runoffs. Having run the American Racers all year due to the NAF1000 requirements I was wondering what everyone feels is the fastest tire these days. Also sizes. Anyone running Pirellis? Avons? Or is it all still Hoosier R25s?

I'm one of just a few now still on Hoosiers.

We tested before this years Runoffs and turned some really fast times on Hoosier R35's. That same tire is what got me on the pole at Indy last year. I was quicker almost everywhere at Indy but got jacked up in someones oil spill then had to run Alex down, he was on Avons.

If I decide to run any races in 2019 it'll be on Hoosiers.

JRO was running Avons at this years RO. We never really did get to see him run more than maybe 3 laps in testing or qualifying. He broke early in the race so no real idea how long they would have lasted. He had a monster motor and of course the classic JRO checker or the wrecker.
