Star Mazda tech bulletin link?

I'm a new owner of a '04 Elan PFM and am looking for an original Star Mazda tech bulletin on chassis setup (spring rates, shock pressures, wing settings, etc). I have found one for the Gen 2 aero/suspension package, but can't find one for the Gen 1 package.

No, never found any Elan or Star Mazda factory set-up notes. No-one has come forward with offers of any personal set-up sheets either. Seems since it was a pro series car, notes are closer held and only offered when services are contracted. I'm just slowly working on my own but don't have enough laps yet to have anything worth sharing.
