Speedhive / My Laps Question

Hi,

I have been trying to sign into Speedhive / MyLaps for a couple of weeks and keep getting a message "500 Maintenance, please try again soon".

Is this something anyone else has been getting or am I missing something?

I am not sure, but probably something to do with being a digital idiot.........

I had sent them an e-mail, but haven't received a reply as yet. I guess I will keep trying.

Oh, will be be seeing you in a race car at the ARRC/Right Coast race in November?

Have had same problem.... "error 500, under repair, come back later" or something like that...2 days in a row now, different times tried... sent email inquiry off yesterday, nothing back so far...still no logon access 20 minutes ago...

Also, never found Schenley Park times/results for this year, nor the Aug CVAR race at Hallett... perhaps never recorded/save to site, just figured they would be there... CVAR eventually had results on their site, no lap by lap times...

perhaps holder of 2 old transponders not paying enough (0) new money?

Am running XP, had same "no entry to site" results on Win10 machine, too...

I logged in but couldn't find either of those. If you can log in, search your transponder number for your results. I know that in the past, there was sometimes a delay getting stuff posted at times, depending on the Region.

Biggest issue is not being able to log in anymore..... Can't get past go.

Once in, believe I could navigate... However,.....

didn't do the CVAR race, wasn't looking for "my" stuff/transponders, rather wanted to see how other's did. Was able to view the SCCA divisional (regional) held since at Hallett. So issue here has something to do with CVAR and PVGP at Schenley (Schenley was about 2 months ago...found prior weekend (including me) at Pitt Race, same "folks"...) All events used MyLaps transponders...thinking no info posted to site, not sure why.....

2 separate issues.... can't log into acct anymore,,,,,,, didn't find specific/expected results (both when logged in earlier, and now, without logging in.....just nothing found to see)

Thanks for the thoughts...attempt to help.... Don't see it as a user problem...unless something has changed and not doing it right/same as before.... (Even got an email from Speedhive that my results for Road America last weekend were "now available"...so, they still "know" me...just can't get in anymore...)

I'm thinking it's much more likely to be something going on with their site but just trying to throw things out there to see if anything sticks.....

My home laptop starts with the old website but when I click on the "RESULTS" button on top, it redirects me to current site:

Try using a different web browser. Sometimes there is a code incomapitability or instability with people's browsers, versions, etc that can wind up giving you a 500 error. Not always, but worth a shot.

My default has beem XP and Google Chrome since Speedhive results switched over a couple of years ago. Logon didn't work on that when tired last week (after first poster said he had problems); tried Chrome on Win10 machine, no go;... based on the lastest note, tried Firefox on both OS's...still no go.... even tried changing password, appears that got done on xp/chrome, but still can't long on...even with updated password.. (request did get me email with link, so my id must still be good....)

Still no reply to message sent last week to them. That also, said it went...

So,..... anyone got a "good" phone number and name for these issues?

Am I the only one, locked out? anyone got a magic key, please sent it?

Took a call to mylaps (678) 816-4000, in Atlanta, to finally get fixed... Seems they had to reset password from their end...didn't work/take from my effort, which had looked like it had taken. Also, he did not have record of my "contact" email sent last week... (perhaps that doesn't work if you're not logged in?) Said he's seen similar issues before, particularly when pw included ampersigns (@,#,%) and other weird stuff. Mine didn't.

Told him others had similar issues..asked him to check/'post here... maybe...?

So, if you have issues, don't write, CALL....

Hopefully, my acct. will continue to working....as before....still using Chrome on XP...
