    Default Ratios for Mont Tremblant

Seems I'm likely going to the HMSA event at Mont Tremblant in July. Anyone care to share gearing info?
I'm using a 9:31 diff. I'll dig into the charts, of course, but any general guidance is always appreciated. I hope others are headed that way, too. Don't be mislead by the un-updated HMSA rule book. Club Fords are welcome at the event. Should be fun. Thanks.

    Default MontTRemblant Ratios

Mike, if no one else has opined, try this as a starter:

    19/31; 22/30; 24/28; 25/27

You can try a 19/32 first if your engine is particularly revvy - useful in the last turn.
Use 25/26 top if your engine is a puller. I found 25/27 worked in top with a revvy engine and was strong all around the circuit particularly through the important first three turns which are flat and down the back of the course. The long back straight is uphill for quite a way so the 25/27 was perfect.

Got me around in 1-54.3 for what its worth, but that was 12 years ago.

Thanks so much for the info. That gives me a good foundation upon which to start. I appreciate it very much.
