Hard Charger Award

In tribute to Paul Tariello, a dedicated and enthusiastic Formula Ford competitor who recently passed away at age 53, Mohawk Hudson Region is presenting the "Paul Tariello Hard-Charger Award" to the driver who improves his/her finishing position the most from their original slot on the starting grid at Lime Rock Park’s Formula Ford 35th Anniversary Race on Monday May 31,2004.

In addition to a trophy, donated by the Mohawk-Hudson Region of the SCCA, as a recognition of Paul’s pragmatic side we are seeking donations for a supplemental award. Since we don’t know how much we’ll be able to collect the specifics of this element are still being defined ---- among the possibilities are entry fee for the Mohawk-Hudson Region NARRC race at Lime Rock, tuition to an ICP suspension/setup seminar, etc.....
