    Default AIM customer service - wow!

    Absolutely the best customer service I've seen yet.

    I have an old 2004 XGLog that came with a sports racer built in 2004. I could not connect to it with my WIndows10 laptop so I emailed them. They quickly replied.
    Long story short I sent them the unit, they updated the firmware and tested it free. My cost was shipping.

    I was planning to update two of my cars dashes to Vbox units (I use those occasionally at work), but after I experienced AIM customer support at the runoffs, where they managed to get my Mac (with Parallel) to talk to the dash, I realized that having great customer service was worth the learning curve. Will be working with Veracity to get all the right stuff! Good job, AIM!

    They are pretty amazing. I'm also amazed at their support and repair of some of the oldest systems out there.

    Attend one of Roger Caddell AIM seminars and you will see customer service taken to a whole new higher level. Learned so much.

    Other companies should take classes from AIM
    when it comes to customer support.
