Mitchell Racing Services showed one FF losing a front wheel on the start and pulling into the grass, but that seemed like a simple local yellow situation.

Race monitor shows 14 laps- Joey Essma wins over Livingston, McMahan and Cowley all within 0.7 sec. 17 FF's- not bad.

Ok. The race Monitor Results page must have been updated. It showed 2 laps about 1 hour after the race.

Actually, I see 4 Saturday FF races, one of which shows 14 laps. Glad they got in a full race.

From the FF standpoint there were "issues". One FF spun into the T1 gravel with ~2 minutes to go in a 25 min timed race. The stewards elected to throw a CHECKER on the NEXT car that crossed the S/F line. *NOT* the leader. Since the checker was thrown on the NON (group) LEADER, stewards then decided that the finish order would be 'wound back' to the previously COMPLETED lap. Seems there we quite a number of FF position changes (tight racing) on that (relegated to nowhere land) final lap. The results are under protest and will be determined by an SCCA appeals court at some time in the future. As far as I know, there were no issues with the FV or F5 finishes... only FF.
