Seeing the front wings and the unusual roll bar design, it is possible it is a Mini Indy car, that races on oval tracks.

In my area it's worth about $.13 a pound. Aluminum I think is about $.30 a pound

Mini Indy cars are derived from F500 cars, but the rules have diverged. They are still raced at a few tracks in Indiana and the surrounding area. Newer designs in better shape can probably be bought for less than the cost to ship you car to Indiana. I would agree with the others that the car isn't worth more than its scrap metal price.

Taking a better look at the car, I don't see any triangulated bars in the chassis. That bad boy would have been interesting to set up. I like the 6" or 8" piece of tubing missing from the front roll hoop. Love to know the story behind that. . Looks like a break even point between the scrap value and the cost to take it to the scrap yard. To some one it would probably be a fun project, depends on your background and interests and expectations.

Thanks for the info, I actually traded an old beat up jeep for it it does have a 467 rotax snowmobile eng that runs I might put it together and just have fun with it or Maybe just sell the eng I don't know yet.
