Default Anyone know where my Dad's old Vee went?

My Dad, Earl Winebrenner Jr, built two Ravens in 1975 and 1976 and both sold to the same person...thinking in the northern area of Central Division SCCA. The first car was black and always ran as car #8 and the second car was orange in color. He raced the black car at Blackhawk Farms, Nelson Ledges, Mid Ohio, and Indianapolis Raceway Park from 1975 thru 1977. Both cars went to the new owner by 1978 and I never knew who he was or what ever happened to them?
They were very stylish and as you can see ,look a lot like a Lola T400 F5000 (circa 1975...)

Thank you , any leads appreciated,

    Mike Winebrenner

    Default Car Found!!!!

I am very happy to report I found the car 40 miles north of Minneapolis and was able to purchase it and just got it home. The car was only raced a handful of times after 1977 and parked untouched from 1980!
I will restore the car and hopefully take it to the FV 60th.

Amazing, I very much remember this car from one or both Blackhawk Nationals in 1976.

I hate to say I have a valid Kodachrome or two of it but live on the road and won't scan for potentially a long while.

    Hope you find the car!

Edit: I see you did find it, Congrats!!!

Did you find out what happened to the other one ? Just curious...vee histories intrigue me.

The second car was orange and went to Dick Schnieder of Midwest Vee Racing in Minneapolis /St Paul in 1977. He and his son raced it from 1977-1983/4 and it was sold in that area and autocrossed... Dick seems to think it may probably be gone but who knows?
