As Pegasus enters its 38th year in business we are looking for an additional team member to fill the role of Technical Advisor/Customer Service Representative. (Knowledge in the Automotive Motorsports and Racing field is Preferred.)
Our goal is to provide superior customer service to our customers. The Technical Advisor/Customer Service Representative position would consist of taking calls from customers, and potential customers, who may have technical questions regarding the parts we offer and their applications. This is in addition to other Customer Service duties such as taking orders and processing website orders.
