Is your car still available? Please explain the cracks. I'm not sure I understand what that means. Is it usable as is for track days?
Would be a great car, Sven just took 2nd at Indy in a converted J9!
the cracks are very common on f500s and are caused by the engine vibration. They must be fixed but not a big job at all.Originally Posted by poland68

Car is still available. Cracks are no big deal . . very easily fixed to run 2-strokes, or replaced with 4-stroke kit, whichever buyer prefers.

very easy to fix with square or rectangular tube corner gussets and a decent welder.
While we are no longer building cars or conversions, I can supply conversion drawings and or point you to a great fab shop that can repair or convert these chassis.
