I have heard for years how his work was impeccable and prices very fair. So this afternoon I contacted them about making some suspension pieces and was told that they aren't taking any more work.Did I miss something? Was it something I said? Does anyone know anything more about this?

As in ever? Or just at capacity? I have not heard anything.
