I was not there (wish I could have been... looked like fun... but I am a long way from Atlanta) but:
e. Formula F shall be limited to the following tires (front tires may not
be used as rears): (emphasis added)
That is just how the tires look. The radial makes the rear tire look narrower than when we ran the bias ply. Fronts are 185 and rears are 205 so with the straight sidewall, they are really close in width.
