    Duryea hillclimb in Reading PA.
5 years of ( 2 drivers) hillclimb on sealed motor...still going strong!
We changed the gearing to a not legal for fm set , now run in a formula special class.
The rev limiter is set at 8500 and added electric fans.

    Nice run Timm.
You and Dan have done a great job with the car.
Congratulations on the class record, but keep an eye on Dan!

Thank you Moses and other forum users for the advice thru the years. Thinking back, we
so overwhelmed by the FM . ( it's nothing like the Miata's we were used to. )

Dave C. , thank you for the parts, encouragement etc... you are a true gentleman competitor.
You are correct ..Dan is coming after me ,which will keep me pushing harder.

I still don't think I have what it takes to road race in the fm. I've done a few in a Honda (HP)
but racing wheel to (open) wheel.... I don't know.

The changes from light to shadow and back don't provide any help in course anticipation.

The sun filtering through the leaves makes for a strobe effect especially between turns 5 & 6. That coupled with the crown and undulations of the road really get your attention.

Some of the higher HP cars are said to be touching 160MPh at the finish.
