Default Is this car a good start?

I am interested in doing a F1000 build or FC build and stumbled across this. I am not sure if this is actually a Van Diemen 96 FC car. Would this be a solid chassis to build off of from the looks of it?

I'm having a hard time answering yes or no. The back looks like a pretty good start, but the whole project could take a lot of time and money to finish.

8-9 years ago I might have gotten excited about it. Now I see lots of things left to do and buy.

At the end you'd have a very fun, fast car, but not competitive in Club Racing with the F1000 cars racing today. Might be a great hill climb / Track Trials car.
