WTD: Portable belt sander, small width, reasonable price

Looking for recommendations for a ~1" (thereabouts, or less) portable belt sander. Ideally $100 or less. 110v preferred, but air powered might be okay.

After a brief search online, most seem to be $250+. I just want something handy in the shop for things like rough deburring in tighter spaces than I can get to with my bench belt sander.

Saw one used in a welding fab shop years ago and always thought it'd be a handy tool.
