    Default Db-1?

Do you consider a DB-1 to be modern?

    Default winner

/the car that won the runoffs is for sale why would you look any further. I believe they have more than 1 available. Unless you are looking for a bargain. then go club ford. Why spend a lot of money just to come up short. The only problem with a Great car is you have no excuse why you didn't win. You can't then blame the car." Oh if I had a better car I could have won" LOL Best of luck with your search .

Thanks, $50-60K is steep for me. not smart enough for that to be easy money.

    Just a thought, but maybe

"Looking for a modern competitive FF with Honda power."

    and

    "$50k is steep for me"

    are mutually exclusive?

    I Hope not!

Actually, people have been giving me quality leads that are under 50k. So that's good news for me, and in my opinion, for the sport.

Van Diemens have proven to be quite fast and easy to find parts and have affordable parts. 99 and newer Van Diemen Hondas are right around 30K and if a pro team were to run them in the pro series and give it a real effort then I fully believe they would be as fast as any car. 97 Van Diemens can be found with Hondas for less than that and still quite fast.

Call BGR and Britain-West up in Ontario.
With the dollar at $1.35 you might score a deal.

    Default success!

Thanks everyone for your input and help. Lewis C. came to the rescue and we bought his Spectrum.

So thank you Lewis and everyone else who encouraged us. Let the fun begin...
