After a great car count and fantastic photo finish racing at NJMP our attention turns to the next race on the schedule.

NEXT EVENT ON THE CALENDAR
Pocono North Course Saturday & Sunday, September 10th & 11th, 2016

Registration can be completed at https://www.motorsportreg.com (search EMRA events) or at the track

Entry fees are
FRCCA Saturday or Sunday Race : $275
FRCCA Combo : $525(Sat & Sun)

Transponders will be available for rent.

The Formula Race Car Club of America is a "FORMULA CAR CLUB"

WHAT DOES IT MEAN?
It means if you have a FORMULA CAR, you can race with the Formula Race Car Club of America PERIOD!!

No matter what Spec Formula car you drive (FV,FC,FF,CF) no matter what tires you have on your car; Sticky Slicks, Hard Slicks or Radials, no matter what engine........

You'll be racing in FORMULA CAR only fields, you'll get more track time than racing with anyone else, you'll make great new friends and you'll be racing with the best of competitors.

Basic schedule of time on track is 9am Practice, 11am Practice, 2pm Pole Sprint/Timed Qualifier and 4pm Race. Again these are all FORMULA car sessions only.

I have heard some drivers complain about "wearing out their engines or too many heat cycles on their tires". I thought competition was what its all about = the more the merrier!

Two weeks ago you came out and beat the heat at the Mid Summer Blast at New Jersey Motorsports Park.

Thankfully, the heat has dissipated and Fall is fast approaching.

In just a few weeks the kids will be returning to school and we will be returning to Pocono Raceway's North Course.
