Merlyn Chassis Tag

I have a chassis tag for a Merlyn 11A and I am trying to locate the owner.

The tag is stamped : 190 FF 69

How did you come across this tag? I own a Merlyn 11A and bought it minus the chassis tag.
As there is no log book I have very little info as to it's history and was wondering what are the chances? Although I'm sure there are a few old Merl's out there missing the tag.

A friend had it and gave it to me with the hope that we can find the rightful owner.

Emailed Clive Hayward at Merlyn (Colchester Racing Developments) to see if they had any history for this tag. Unfortunatley he said he didn't have any info for the number 190.
