Royale RP5 Brakes

In the middle of a frame up restoration of a Royale RP5 FB car. I'm trying to find a brake specialist (or rebuilder) to restore the brakes, or at least a source for parts. So far nothing on Google.

The calipers are Lockheed and the numbers on the side are: 3242 613 and below that is :
Lockheed, followed by DA 21241.
