    Default Rounds 3 & 4 - Mid Ohio

As the dust settles on the season opener at Blackhawk Farms its time to look forward to Rounds 3 & 4 to be held at the awesome Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. We are expecting a good field of FSTs with several cars joining who could not make the season opener.

    Entry is up at:
    www.motorsportreg.com/events/2016-ohio-valley-sprints-test-day-mid-sports-car-course-scca-club-racing-673769#.V2AtWHcUXIW

We are race Group 2 for the weekend!

Dave Dawson wins first entry for FST! Please enter early and often.

    Notes:
    - This is going to be a busy weekend, with the Runoffs at MO later in the year there will be a lot on entries. There is a test day on the Friday but expect that to be very busy!!
    - Get your accommodation booked early, there is not a lot close to the track and you can bet it will fill fast.

    Default Trans Delivery Needed

Is anyone from the Detroit area running this event? I'm looking for someone who can deliver a trans to Schings at the track. I live near Ann Arbor and would be willing to do whatever is necessary to make it convenient for you. It's just the "center section", no axles, tubes, or drums.

Default See you at the track

Mid Ohio should be a lot of fun. Right now we are 10 cars. One driver has a family issue on Saturday but is considering coming for Sunday. Another may still fix a problem and get to MO. Worth making the trip I say.

Good fun and great racing plus meeting two drivers who have never raced in our series before. We also have the trophy presentations for the 2015 season, introduction of two new series sponsors, Drews Off Road and Brake-o-Meter. Just to let everyone know we are having a meeting of the whole association to present a proposal for the first rule change ever in Formula First. Anyone who races at big race tracks will really want to hear this one out. Larry and I has now exchanged about twenty e-mails on the subject and I hoping to write this up first for discussion at the track then at Formula First dot org.
