I have a fst engine we bought with a car that was originaly in a car built by Jim Smalley here in Michigan. Dry sump ,other than blue valve covers I don't know much about it. If you are interested I can test it on our test stand. I can't get good dyno numbers as our dyno is only good for F Vee so is limited to 60hp.

Larry, I don't know who built the engine. Its dry sumped. I can test it and least know if it runs good and smooth. I'm looking to get $3000
