    Default Hallett Major

    Entry list is here http://www.motorsportreg.com/index.c...1#.Vt7vSnnSnhd

    enter http://www.motorsportreg.com/events/...1#.Vt7zZHnSnhc

Looks like we already have one FB entry. Reminder for John LaBrie to enter and get this checked off your bucket list. Any more west coast entries? James Michael, are you going to enter this time? Lots of other cars in Texas, how about coming up and making a big field.

    Default Hallett

People laugh when I say this.....but I think Hallett is very good training for Mid Ohio. It was for my son and I. Love the track.....the paddock not so much. These days all my guys (JDR F1000) are running the North and Northeast conferences, so I haven't been there in a while.

    Default Hallett

The Indy cars in the '80s would use Hallett as a test for going to Long Beach. Lots of big name drivers have driven this track.

    Default Hallett gearing

When I ran my car at Hallett with a '06 motor, I ran 14:45 ratio. I would recommend a 15:48 for a 07-08 motor and the Kaw.

Hi Mike - thanks for the invite, but the timing is not good. I am traveling for work that week so there's no chance, unfortunately.

    Have a great weekend!

Damn work, it keeps getting in the way of fun. There is still time for others to enter. Hope we get more.

    Default Early entry

After talking to a friend of mine. Those that enter before this weekend will be entered into a drawing for a free entry.

I see Roggenbuck listed as the only FB....man that is a heck of a tow for him.....conflicting dates with Thunderhill but it would be way closer.

Are you sayin' that Hallett is closer than Thunderhill? If so what are the advantages of going to Thunderhill?

Last I knew Roggenbuck lived in Seattle Wa.

Yes Thunderhill is much closer by a long shot.

ADVANTAGE.....race the fast guys...but maybe Roggenbuck wants to be a ringer.

Maybe we should show up at Hallett and spoil his fun.

Not saying anything bad about Hallett but comparing the two is like night and day. Thunderhill is a super well maintained high pucker butt track.

    Default Hallett

There have been a lot of improvements at Hallett since you were here. Has new asphalt in 2014. A very challenging track.
Everyone that comes here has a good time.
Anyone know if James Michael is coming?

Checking the entries at Thunderhill, I see no FB entries. Maybe you want to be a ringer there. :-)
