Dates have been announced for the Annual Spring Fling test and Tune day as well as the 2016 Drivers scholl for any new driver looking to get into road racing.

Spring Fling May 6-7, 2016

CASC-OR and Shannonville Motorsports Park are once again pleased to offer a pre-season “test and tune” event Friday May 6 and Saturday May 7, 2016. As in previous years, regional scrutineers will be on hand to perform annual tech inspections and the track will be open and available for lapping.

CASC-OR Race School May 7-8

The annual CASC-OR Race School is being held at the Shannonville Motorsports Park May 7 and 8, 2016. This year we will be offering two levels of driver training:

Introduction to Road Racing: designed for road racing novices, this course satisfies the requirements for new racers to apply for a Regional Racing B level competion licence. Students that successfully complete the school and have complete the required licence application in advance will receive their Regional B licence upon graduation – they will be eligible to race in the BEMC Spring Trophy Races the following weekend!

Advanced Road Racing Skills: designed for licenced regional racers looking to improve their skills and techniques in a controlled “school” environment. Enrollment will be limited and subject to approval
