Addition to the 2016 Right Coast Formula F Series
The Right Coast Formula F Series is very pleased to announce that the Formula Race Car Club of America has invited the RCFFS to join them at their season finale on the Summit Point Circuit on October 29 & 30, 2016. Our sincere thanks to Andy Graham, the President of FRCCA, for working with us to make this possible.
Summit Point is pretty much the ancestral home of RCFFS (formerly Da Unofficial Formula F United States championship of DUFFUS series). We are extremely pleased to be able to have a weekend of FF/CF only racing on one of our favorite circuits.
This will be the fifth full series event of the 2016 season joining the previously announced weekends at NJMP Lightning Circuit with the South Jersey Region of SCCA; and Mid Ohio, Pittsburgh International Race Complex and the new Dominion Raceway with the Formula Race Promotions F2000/1600/Atlantic Pro Series.
The RCFFS will also be urging our drivers to show up for "flash mob" appearances at the North Atlantic Road Race Championship Runoffs at Lime Rock Park with SCCA New York Region in August and the SCCA Watkins Glen Fun One Regional with Finger Lakes Region in September. This is the longest schedule that we have arranged since we began this informal series in 2013 and we are hoping it will be our most successful and well attended one.
