that website is so sad it's almost funny. dollar to a donut he doesn't even have access to the building in the picture. there's not a single car photo that isn't a rendering, stock photo or on display at an auto show

I understand you can't collect a judgement from someone that's broke or a corp that is bk. It seems that as many times this guy has done what he does, eventually it could be fraud, in the criminal sense?

    Default P2

He is now peddling a P2 ride. Slinging the same hash as with any of his other deal.

On a side note i was contacted back in May by an individual that he was trying to con a PFM out of. He didn't get the car.

I don't doubt Tony would be happy to take his entry fees. Whether he gets his own run group is of course another question. And what happens if there's any serious racing within the group.

    Couldn't help but notice this:

"Formula America utilizes the Mygale M14 Formula Americas race car, who's chassis is the basis for one of the most popular Formula cars in the World. "

I guess grammar never was Jon's strong suit. I do wonder where he got that photo of six cars all in a row on stands.

Those are at the Mygale factory. The tile floor in the assembly shop really stood out when I saw it.

If anyone wants to confirm then just call any of the tracks & confirm those dates for the run group listed or with whomever has rented the track for those dates. Shouldn't be hard to confirm or deny.

You should have let me know, I have my picket sign and pamphlets all ready to roll.

He can't even keep the con straight from one paragraph to another. He says "a cost of only $150,000 for a full 24-race season with a generous Championship prize purse". Then, one paragraph later he says "The cost of a full season in Formula America is just $135,000 if paid in one payment or $145,000 if paid in installments, period. Nothing more. The Series schedule consists of 21 races". So what is it? $145k or $150k, and 24 or 21 races?

He is not on Road America's schedule, unless he is teaching how to ride a scooter. https://www.roadamerica.com/events.html So, he is going to rent and staff RA as a stand alone event, and pay out $150k if you win the series, $2,500 for a win, and charge $145k-ish for a year? Right.

If he owns all the cars, how come the photos on his website are the same that come up when you google 'Renault Formula 2.0'?

And FBWM? 2020? Huh? That flopped 20 years ago. What is it, a vintage FBMW event?

I find it very hard to believe Hinchcliff's manager let him do this. At that level, you would certainly do some hardcore vetting, or even a simple google search, on any wagon you hitch your horse to.

So we're to believe that Lewis has bought or leased that fleet of 22 AsiaCup cars to ship over to North America to run an abbreviated 4 event season .... sure, why not LOL
