Jay,

The type depends on where your sway bar is located (upper or lower tube).
The upper tube takes the same spacer as FV (link pin).
The lower tube has a larger outer bearing OD and takes a different spacer.
Most run the spring in the upper tube and sway bar in the lower tube.
The tube with the spring installed just uses the stock sealing rubber.
The tube with the sway bar needs the spacers to limited axial thrust motion.
You can take the FV spacers and bore the ID to fit the lower tubes/turkey legs.
Butch Deer/Jim Schings had a machine job shop make about 50 a number of years back.
Bill Gray may be a good contact that could have some in his stock.
