It was the MYSTERIAN M-2 of Brian Keck.
....The ProVee race, only a few hours later turned out to be equally exciting, but was marred by a 2 car crash in Turn 4 on the second lap. Brian Keck and Rich Richardson came together with Brian ending up on the short end - upside down against the tires. That incident brought out the pace car for 10 laps while they got Brian out of the car. Although he was taken to the hospital for a checkup, he ended up with nothing broken - just a LOT of very sore muscles for a few weeks. After the restart, the race settled down to a 4 car pack for the lead. That pack stayed basically the same until the checker although several attempts were made to change the order. The finish ended up with Donnie Isley in the lead followed, less than a car length back, by the Racer's Wage, then Greg Bruns and finally veteran Bill Noble....
Google is fantastic
Etiennne,
No doubt, that IS the Mysterian formerly owned by Brian Keck. Unfortunately, Brian and his wife were divorced quite a few years ago and SHE ended up with the car. It was advertised on this site a few years ago by her brother. No idea if it ever sold, but it was a GOOD car. I believe Brian's last outing in it was the Runoffs at Mid Ohio (not sure which year). He was running well (top 10 IIRC), but was involved in an accident over on the back side of the track. The damage was minor, but as far as I know, the car has not been back on the track since that time.
The info that you refer to (from the PBIR ProVee race in 2000) came from MY website
Is it for sale in Belgium these days?? (just curious)

Hi Steve,
Sorry for copywriting
Thanks for all infos.
Is for sale in AL ...than not yet in Belgium.
Asking price is $ 14 500 trailer included. A little bit expansive.
No news of the seller since I mentionned the name of Brian.
Best regards from Belgium and Happy New Year.

No problem with copyright Etienne.
I found this thread where the car was mentioned earlier this year, but it has been "available" for a BUNCH of years. The owner seems to be pretty fixed on her price, although I'm confident it's not worth that at this point .... having not been run in maybe 10 years ... or more?

Any tires would certainly be worthless .. including those on the trailer. Not sure where you found it, but keep that in mind if you are bidding

Sorry Guys, was trying to clean up and move the classified ad (also had a D-13 listed) and I lost the whole thread. The intent was to get it all over here and help get this car back on the track.
Will work with Doug to see if my goof up can be fixed
Update: Looks like its a permanent problem. Anyone with contact info for Brian's ex-wife, please PM me. I'd like to get the car re-listed ASAP.
Update #2; https://huntsville.craigslist.org/sop/5374177283.html
Looks like it's listed on Craigslist

Yup Ex Wife's brother was in charge of this sale, actually talked to him last year at a car show. The D13 of Brian's was picked up by a gent in Huntsville and is being redone to get back on the track.
M2 is in Guntersville, AL.
