DLB registration help please

As a team owner I am trying to register my drivers for an event but cannot do so. I have used the help button and requested help but no response. Any ideas?

Brian,

Go in and set up account for each driver. I had to do that over the years registering Cole. No matter what I did under my account it kept defaulting back to me.

The accounts key off the subscriber's email so each has to be unique. We have teams that set up specific emails for each driver that don't get used for anything else and the team
Manager knows all the passwords.

Thanks for the tips, the help portion of their service is useless, never heard back from them. Managed to enter our driver for the majors but will now have fun trying to enter the second driver. I will get it done one way or another...........Motorsportsreg is much more user friendly.
