Wanted: Top Level Open Wheel Mechanic

Looking for a qualified full time mechanic to join the Pabst Racing USF2000 program in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. We have extremely high standards and are only looking for a true professional in every sense of the word.

*must have AT LEAST 5 years experience with open wheel or sports cars.
*must be able to completely disassemble/re-assemble race cars efficiently.
*must be able to perform accurate set-up and alignment procedures
*must be able to follow direction without your ego getting sideways
*must be meticulous and detail oriented
*must be able to keep organized notes
*must have a proper set of quality tools
*people skills are imperative. Appearance needs to be professional.
*must be able to communicate via radio/headset with driver
*must be drug free (there will be random drug testing by Indycar)
*must be willing to travel
*NON SMOKER is a plus

Compensation will be based on the candidates credentials.

We work very hard, we have fun doing it, we eat very well on the road and at the track, we have the highest quality of tools and equipment to get the work done.
