FE Feature race at Atlanta ARRC
I'm a bit surprised that we only have a single FE entry for the ARRC so far. Seems you guys are going to leave all the glory for Paul Schneider.
Besides the normal ARRC race on Saturday, there is a special FEATURE race on Sunday for FE. Qual before lunch, race first thing after lunch.
Is there something I'm not aware of keeping everyone away or is everyone just waiting till the last minute?

The special race was asked for for 2016 to have a North/South shootout between my series (North) and the series planned for Florida next year (South). Somehow the feature race got added for 2015 as well. We had no plans to run the ARRC as our guys did the Daytona Runoffs. The ARRC was not in anyone's budget this year.

I am trying to attend somehow. Have a wedding Sat. Pretty sure there are several others that are planning on attending. Don't give up on us yet.

How bad is it Andrew ?
Right rear wheel, suspension, and axle torn off, took out the rear wing and mounts, then bounced onto the left front a-arm and bent it. Left rear a-arm bent also. Probably not an extremely complicated fix but there's the matter of time and money.

I like the idea of a North vs South shootout, however I thought it would be held in 2016. Wasn't aware of it this year. I thought our season was finished...
We have already begun tearing down the car for inspection and rebuild for the 2016 season. But I would consider budgeting for attending a shootout in 2016 once I know the FE Challenge Series 2016 schedule.
Well, after reading these comments it sounds like a change might need to be made to the line up? We don't need no stinking 3 car feature race.

I am in for Sunday.
Im only scheduled to run the test day, but if you guys need car counts I could always run the feature race if everyone promises to lap me safely!
Looks like we need you and several others. Come on guys , we need some racers.
I might make it after all. Taking the car to Kevin's tomorrow and will see if they can get it fixed by next weekend. I'll be able to show up for the races Sat and Sun.

Andrew, if you think there's a good chance you can make it, you should go ahead and register for the event. If you don't make it then you'll just be a no show it won't cost you anything.
