Impact Racing seat belt trade in

Has anyone taken advantage of the seat belt trade in discount offered by Impact Racing(Bill Simpson). The ad is in recent issues of Sports Car and I was wondering what the catch was. Wondering what the quality is like and if anyone has opinions they can share.
I also wonder if I can trade in my expired belts.

nope....but call 'em, ask 'em and then post your answer here. I shall run FIA Willans belts and think about them every five years. your Impact [simpson] will be 2 yr i'll bet

I called Impact today and talked to Domenic in customer service. They will take in pretty much any belt set to use as credit even if they are old, crusty and expired. The pricing for 6-way latch and link ended up being $75 with trade in and after the belts expire, they will re-web them.....unlike other manufacturers out there. Seems like a real customer service oriented company. I was impressed.
