    Default BARC Touring Trophy Races

Phil Wang Sweeps the BARC Trophy Weekend at CTMP

Even with the Lower than average turnout for this past weekend, the 4th round of the Millers Oil Formula 1200 races at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park, the level of excitement was still there.

Race One on Saturday was a tightly contested one, with Barrett Kingborough fight Phil wang for the lead the entire race. Coming down to a last lap pass by Phil to take the win, followed by Noel Brigido in 3rd place.

Race Two Sunday morning started off well, but a 3rd lap Black Flag for Barrett(Mechanical Issues) left Phil all alone to take the win, followed by Noel in 2nd and Jeremy Steinhausen in 3rd place.

The final race of the weekend saw Barrett starting in the back of the field and fighting his way through to catch Phil, but Phil was able to drive a clean race and win un-contested, followed by Barrett in 2nd place and David Taylor following in 3rd.

A special thanks goes out to Millers Oil, who supplied each of the Podium winners, with a free Jug of Millers Race Oil.

The next race is will a t the Picturesque Calobogie Motorsports Park, August 22/23…
