Guys, my racing plans changed this year as I got engaged and my first son was born on June 18., which is terrific. But, I've really missed competing. Besides being busy, my fiancé has concerns about me continuing to race. I am looking at coming to the Cat race with her as spectators to show her what it's about. If anyone has a couple of open spots on their crew list that we could use, I'd appreciate it. Also, if anyone attending could use some used R35s, I have some I could bring with me for free. With the proposed switch to a spec tire next year, it doesn't look like I will need them.

Results anyone when you get a chance. Also what's the latest rumor on spec tires?

To the best of my knowledge.

Race 1, Kautz, P1, Did not play well with others. Drove off and left the field. Bartz, Rubenzer and Perona in a race long battle. Grooms in 5th enjoying the front row view. The FF's drove off and left the F500's

Race 2, Kautz decides to play with Bartz. Bartz leads several laps. P-3 Rubenzer, P-4 Grooms, P-5 Perona. The group was split up by F-500's right from the start.

Everyone had a good time and the weather was hot but cooperative.

There was a serious crash in race 1, the group before ours, but I don't have any of the details.

Thanks to Milwaukee region and all of the workers for putting on a great event.

Had a close race with Tim on Sunday. Unfortunately I was not able to beat him in the end as I just didn't seem to have enough speed on the straights to pass him in the end.
Captured the whole race on the GoPro. I'll upload the video tonight and post a link for anyone interested in watching it.
