FV PRO Race July 31st - August 2nd

Ok, let mark the Calendars July 31-August 2nd..

The Challenge Cup will be hold the first of 2 PRO series races for 2015. This is a FV/F1200 only Grid. Let's get everyone out to the track for what we hope is the FV/F1200 race of the year.

The First race will be held and the re-designed Pittsburgh International Race Complex and presented by Formula Race Promotions.

"Pittsburgh International Race Complex has paved its new south track.and it ill be ready for our July10-12 races! The 1.6 mile addition encompasses a challenging 85’ elevation change followed by a blind hill and esses before entering the existing north track. The full course will be an impressive 2.8 miles long with a total of 18 corners."

In conjunction with the F1600 (http://www.f1600series.com ) , F2000 ( http://www.f2000series.com ), and Atlantic (http://www.atlanticchampionshipseries.com ) Championship series. These are some of the most organized and well managed races in the country.

All FV/F1200 will be running the Challenge Cup rule set, utilizing the proven Falken's Radial package.

Wheel packages are available for purchase prior to the race.

Formula Race Promotion series have kindly allowed use of their
Register for their 2 events .
I believe they use DL
We will have all the information out shortly.

If possible if we get. A roll call of people that will be attending
would be very useful .

Unfortunately I will not. This race conflicts with the F1200 race at calibogie that weekend, We knew that going into this season, the opportunity to secure the PRO races was worth it though....

There will be a great team organizing and maintain the event. As I mentioned before these are some of the best organized events (so I hear).

For anyone looking for Wheels and Tires, I know there are still some set available. If i am not mistaken it will be about $750-800 Total for 4 Wheels and 4 Tires.

On the wheel / tire price. I confirmed with Dean Curtis today, if purchased ahead of time, the will be delivered to the event, mounted and balanced for 680$ for a set of 4. Remember 1 set is good for dry and wet.

Does anyone know the schedule for the Pro weekend? Brian and I would like to share my car for the weekend and if it's a true double weekend, maybe we can do so but I can't locate anything over on the DLB website that helps.

Just substitute FV for F600, although the FV will only be running on Saturday and Sunday.
