    Default Taylor diff leaking

Anyone else had problems with their Taylor diff leaking from the drive side end bell (cover on end of diff)?

I've replaced the o-ring 4 times now, using high-end seals doesn't help. On re-assembly paying close attention to not nick the seal with the splines.

I'm pulling it apart to machine a second o-ring groove in the end bell in hopes this with eliminate a chronic leak. Looks like a design deficiency or wrong application for an o-ring.

It's possible the o-ring groove was machined too deep. It'll have a second groove in about 1 hour. The guys are loading it up in the lathe as we speak.

Taylor makes an awesome diff by the way.
