Sold Cosworth front drive oil pump has been disassembled, cleaned and reassembled. Gears are fine. Bolt on and go!

I haven't had a chance to measure my headers, the car is at the shop right now. It looks like there might be a crack in the #2 and 4 pipes, am I seeing this correctly? Do you happen to have a collector as well?

-No cracks, no collector.
-The tubes are made smaller than the pipe size at the flange face by slitting them a short distance and welding. This may be what your seeing. The port size is smaller than the pipe size.
-The no. 1 flange has been brazed.

I'm guessing these are off of something very early in the FF range. We got them with a group of parts that included mostly 105E FJ parts in the early 1990's, so I'm relying on memory for most of this.

5 port, side mount FF or BD oil pump with block gasket:
Cosworth cover, 3/4" scavenge, 5/8" pressure sections.
Some wear on scavenge gears from engine expiration at some point.
All cleaned and resealed, drive gear is in good condition.

Had a crack between 2 and 3. Heated entire head and welded with stainless. Needs finish grinding, valves installed, springs set, etc. Missing 2 springs.
Thickness measuring from valve cover to face is 2.928"

Update: Head is clean, resurfaced, and assembled to the point of needing just 2 spring retainers. Crower has these in stock in either 4130 or Ti.

What do you have for the BD engines. I need valve cover, jackshaft, front oil cover, rear seal and cover, tappets, cam gears, etc. Thank you. Or perhaps you could point me in the right direction?

We really don't have much left now except the blown cam carrier... You could call some of the engine builders and see what they have.
I'd start with Ivey and Jennings.

Updated FJ head; It is resurfaced and assembled to the point of needing just 2 spring retainers.

We still have the 5 port, side mounted pump as well as lots of Kent internal parts (listed at top), and 2 bare (ported) heads.
