Keep messaging him he will answer eventually. It's normal.
Yeah we are starting to get very concerned the parts wont arrive before the start of the new season though. Plus they have to then make it half way across the world to Australia. Some of the parts were ready to ship in December and still nothing heard or shipped?
Jason is right. Jesse makes good parts, and I don't know of him ever taking anybody's money, but he has the biggest issues with time management of anybody I've ever met.
Just keep bugging him. If I happen to get ahold of him (also waiting), I'll mention the blokes from Australia wouldn't mind a note too.

Thanks Jake for the info. We just didn't know what was happening and had no idea what else to do being the other side of the world except post on this forum if anyone knew anything.
After reading all your useful blogs about your cars development and speaking with Ryan from Zebulon I couldn't wait to get some BRD go faster parts ????
Glad that my posts helped point the way for some nicer bits, but sorry that they led you to being in a frustrating position.
I will say that the car is transformed with the BRD bodywork and diffuser, and the dry sumps are very nice as well.
Bodywork-wise, the reduction in drag and improvements in rear downforce are massive over the original Stohr parts, measured on the shock pots, and on lap time. Coupled with the Zeb wings, the car is amazing - 3-4 seconds a lap faster than it was when I got it. Would have been a VERY strong contender at the 2014 Runoffs at Laguna.
back to your problem, keep bugging him, be patient if you can, and like I said, if I get ahold of him (waiting on a repaired diffuser to ship back to me), I will let him know you'd appreciate a quick note. A lot of us have been in the same position.

On my 54th year as an SCCA member
with a special thanks to every SCCA worker (NONE OF US WOULD RACE WITHOUT THE WORKERS)
My floor and diffuser took roughly nine to ten months to be completed, ordered and paid in February, got them in late November. You've certainly been lucky.
I do have to take some blame though as I didn't express extreme urgency and I'm sure you probably did.
I will say though, I wholeheartedly agree with regard to the epic quality of Jesse's parts, if I had to do it all over again I'd still order from him in a heartbeat.
