Sorry for the missing pictures (yes, there really should be another picture on the front page). Every time the PDF gets emailed or uploaded, a picture goes missing into the ether.

The FVANSW 50th was celebrated this past weekend. I'm sure Ray will give more details, but here is a few photos he sent.

    Bill
We had 1200cc cars-only races and 1600cc cars-only races, as well as Regularity events for those who didn't want to race. Nearly 70 Formula Vees, as well as dozens of former Formula Vee drivers from the past 50 years, turned up at Wakefield Park for the weekend.
Parade laps took place at the end of racing on the Saturday with all the Formula Vees at the circuit, with the Formula Vee covering almost the entire 2 km circuit. A video of the parade laps will surface soon. It was quite spectacular.
A dinner was held on the Saturday evening with over 120 guests attending.
The red and white Formcar (the two you see in the pictures are the first two Formula Vees brought into Australia) was brought down from Queenland for the event.

Here are some pictures of the older Aussie Formula Vees in the regularity events that were at the 50th celebration.

Here is a picture of all the Formula Vees that attended the FVANSW 50th lined up just before they started on the parade laps - all except for one Formcar which is not yet in running condition.
