Race 2: Wet
Saturday wasthe hottest I have ever been in the car. We had a full yellow the last few laps. I was honestly glad.
Sunday was the craziest wet I have ever been. Sunny on 1 turn, buckets on others. I was going very, very slow on the pace lap. Between 3 and 4 the car did a 4 wheel slide down to the apron. I put my right side on the double yellow line and followed that to pit lane. 2 or 3 times my front wing went under and sloshed a bucket or two on me. Straight to the garage after that. The Stewards wisely canceled the rest of the event. Lightning and more.
