    Default Swift registry.

I have the data from the old one. Several other people do as well. I've built a Ruby on Rails version but haven't finished it and frankly haven't worked on it for over a year. I don't see me working on it soon either. If someone wants to apply some CSS and design I can grant GitHub access and deploy on GCE once done-ish. I have the domain registered still.

As I don't own a swift anylonger it's not top of my todos, but as a fan of swifts it's still something I'd like to finish.

If someone can give me a copy of the data I wouldn't mind having a crack at it.
