You can buy the cable, sheath, and barrel from most motorcycle shops and make your own.

I had MotionPro make my throttle and clutch cables. All you have to do is send them a drawing and tell them what you want for ends. I used them because they have all the correct ends and adjusters for bike motors. They came out really nice.
