Pocono on May 10/11?
What FV'ers are planning on going to the May Pocono races? We had a really nice field last year of 20 Vees, despite the weather.... hopefully it holds out better this year.
The track is actually pretty nice for FV I think. Plenty smooth now, the layout makes for nice racing, and it does not require a long box.

Ha. Well, hopefully my carb (and engine) will work this year.
Doesn't sound like Anthony will be there if he was selling things off, so it should be a pretty open fight up front.

I have already registered and will be there. Looks like no test day on Friday and only a double this year, but the track is really great and I am looking forward to running. Fingers crossed for no rain!!! I will be testing out my GoPro and have the helmet mount and one on the car. Not sure which will be better.

Yea, the no test day kinda sucks, but it happens.
As far which cam will be better, I prefer my helmet cam videos. I think it gives a better POV & it shows where you're looking, etc. Much more "alive" feeling.

This race is a double sanction, three race event. It is part of the NJRRS, NARRC and NYSRRC series. Points are all a little different depending on the series rules.Double points ...
