HYPERCO RETURNS TO US FORMULA 1000 CHAMPIONSHIP FOR 2014


Green Bay, WI/ Fremont, CA (March 14, 2014) – Hyperco will are return in 2014 to support the US Formula 1000 Championship with an expanded program. Like last year, Hyperco will award a free pair of coil springs to the winner of each regular season race in both the East and West Championships, plus the season finale at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. 2nd place will once again receive a $50 product certificate and 3rd place will receive a $25 product certificate.


Hyperco has expanded their support and both the East and West Champion will each receive $250 cash and an additional pair of springs. ABOUT THE US FORMULA 1000 CHAMPIONSHIP

The US Formula 1000 Championship is comprised of three separate championships within one series run within the SCCA Majors program. Drivers compete in either the US Formula 1000 East or the US Formula 1000 West Championship. Those drivers are also eligible to compete for the overall US Formula 1000 Championship. US Formula 1000 cars are purpose-built high-performance Formula 1000 race cars powered by 1000cc motorcycle engines, with top speeds in excess of 150 MPH.
